Movement is a huge part of our daily lives and can have an enormous impact on how we cope day to day. Neurodivergent individuals are more likely than others to have hypermobile joints as well as suffering from other co-occuring conditions such as hEDS, Fibromyalgia and POTS, yet most are never given any support or guidance on how to manage hypermobility.

I work with people to educate them on the biomechanics, impacts and considerations of having a hypermobile body. This work is holistic and combines integrative movement practice, education and coaching on energy management and quality of life

Up to 1 in 5 people have hypermobility, yet the majority of us are taught nothing about how that might impact our lives and how we can look after our bodies and our minds. We may think of hypermobility as simply being double jointed, but it can influence multiple systems in the body, impacting pain, injury, proprioception, breathing and nervous system, as well co-occurring with other medical conditions.

The product of this is a hybrid style of coaching, aimed to arm individuals with education to support their own health journey, gentle movement methods that will build foundations that support skills like strength & stability, and coaching to help integrate these into their lives and explore how their body, mind and lifestyle can work together at their best. With a 6 week course due to start in September, and 1:1 coaching available now, this session is aimed to give you a taste of how this work might help you.

If you go on to book 1:1 coaching or a place on the September course, the cost of your ticket will be deducted from your first booking
