Movement is a huge part of our daily lives and can have an enormous impact on how we cope day to day. Neurodivergent individuals are more likely than others to have hypermobile joints as well as suffering from other co-occuring conditions such as hEDS, Fibromyalgia and POTS, yet most are never given any support or guidance on how to manage hypermobility.
I work with people to educate them on the biomechanics, impacts and considerations of having a hypermobile body. This work is holistic and combines integrative movement practice, education and coaching on energy management and quality of life
