Coaching, Consulting & Movement

I work with individuals and organisations to better understand how people actually function, and how to create environments where they can do their best work. My background is in ADHD coaching, but my work has grown into a broader focus on inclusion, diversity, chronic health issues and the way different people think, work, and move through the world.

I take a more foundational approach than traditional coaching or consulting, looking at how systems, environments, and expectations interact with the individual, rather than trying to force people into fixed ways of working.

Alongside this, I also do movement based work, specialising in hypermobility and co-occurring conditions, exploring how things like nervous system regulation, proprioception, and stability affect how people move and function day to day and within sports like climbing.

My work sits across coaching, consulting, and movement, but the thread running through all of it is the same;
understanding the individual and the environment, and building around that.
