As an accredited ADHD coach, I offer coaching privately and through organisations that support businesses such as the NHS & Met Police. I work with individuals to create sustainable and realistic ways of moving forward in their lives. My coaching often starts with ADHD, organisation, or career concerns, but it also explores things like burnout, chronic stress, illness and nervous system, and how people manage their energy.

My coaching is practical and personalised & holistic, whilst my style is warm and conversational. Every person I work with is different and has different challenges, strengths, and priorities. Together we build strategies that actuallyfit your life.

My work is informed by experience in ADHD coaching, burnout recovery, and supporting people managing hypermobility or other co-occurring health conditions through pacing and practical strategies.

ADHD Coaching

Testimonials

“I was a bit cynical that I would benefit from ADHD coaching, as I am a therapist who works with neurodivergent individuals, am relatively trained and educated in this area, and have had therapy around my ADHD in the past. However, Emma was really responsive to what I already had in place and what I could use more support with. I found the sessions to be really helpful, containing, reflective, and supportive. Emma is flexible, warm, conversational, and human. I really appreciated the input during a difficult time in my life. Thank you very much” Lucy

“Emma is a powerhouse of ADHD knowledge. What I admire most is that she never rests on her laurels; she is constantly researching and furthering her education to ensure her clients get the best support possible. She combines this deep expertise with a truly empathetic heart, focusing entirely on empowering you with the tools to help yourself.” If you’re looking for a coach who is as passionate as she is informed, I can’t recommend Emma enough.”

“I expected advice, but the sessions focused more on strategy discussions, which turned out to be a far more effective way of helping me solve issues around my career.”
