As an accredited ADHD coach, I offer coaching privately and through organisations that support businesses such as the NHS & Met Police. I work with individuals to create sustainable and realistic ways of moving forward in their lives. My coaching often starts with ADHD, organisation, or career concerns, but it also explores things like burnout, chronic stress, illness and nervous system, and how people manage their energy.

My coaching is practical and personalised & holistic, whilst my style is warm and conversational. Every person I work with is different and has different challenges, strengths, and priorities. Together we build strategies that actuallyfit your life.

My work is informed by experience in ADHD coaching, burnout recovery, and supporting people managing hypermobility or other co-occurring health conditions through pacing and practical strategies.

ADHD Coaching

  • I coach adults with ADHD, whether diagnosed or suspected and work with individuals facing challenges at work, feeling lost and burnt out, or experiencing challenges in their day to day life.

  • Coaching takes place online, usually in the form of hourly slots every other week, but this varies depending on the individual. Sessions often feel very conversational but we’ll work together to spot patterns, build strategies and create better balance so you can move forward

  • I offer a free 30 min discovery call so we can get to know each other and you can see how coaching might work for you and whether we make a good fit. If you decide to go ahead, sessions can be purchased in bundles of 6, 9 or 12 with the option to purchase additional sessions if you want to continue working together
